Warranty

LIMITED WARRANTY: Hug-A-Plug is warranted for life against defects in material and workmanship. If Hug-A-Plug ever fails due to defects in material or workmanship and is returned to Hug-A-Plug, Inc., we will, at our option, repair or replace it at no charge to the buyer. If we replace the unit, we may at our option replace it with a new unit or a unit of newer design with the same or better specifications.

Hug-A-Plug is made in the USA using only high quality materials. The manufacturing and quality control process is design to produce a plug that will last a lifetime. Our goal is always zero defects and your satisfaction with our product is the first priority at Hug-A-Plug. If your Hug-A-Plug ever fails to perform as designed, return the plug with a brief note detailing the failure and your return address to:

Returns

Damaged products: If the product you received was damaged during delivery, contact us immediately and we will arrange for pickup and replacement.

Non-Defective products: If within the first 30 days from receipt you wish to return product, please contact us for a Return Authorization number. We will process the refund when the product arrives at our location, provided the product is received in good condition. Please note we do not charge a restocking fee and do not refund the shipping costs on returned products.
